DELIVERY TIME
For Domestic Orders, our delivery takes 1-5 business days. Shipping costs are covered by our company Bleta Bags.
For International Orders, delivery times and shipping costs vary by destination. BLETA is not responsible for any import taxes, customs clearance fees or brokerage fees, including additional fees for international shipments.
The customer is responsible for paying these amounts and their release from customs on arrival.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept Visa, Mastercard and all other credit cards via the IYZCO payment gateway.

How is the packaging of the product that I purchased from BLETA BAGS?
We ship every product you buy from BLETA BAGS to you in our special boxes and packaging. With gray and burgundy box color options, you can make your color request for yourself or the person you will gift it to by leaving us a note during purchase.
PRE-ORDER
Pre-order production time is approximately 10 days.
Our customer representatives provide you with details of the production process and delivery date for your
pre-ordered product.
E-GIFT CARD
You can use the E-gift shopping card you made from the Bleta Bags website during the time we shared with you. We add the amount of gift card you purchased to your account, which you can use anytime.

RETURN
Bleta adopts customer satisfaction, it will provide you with the best possible solution for return requests, as in all matters. After the product is examined, the customer will be returned with a solution result. It is not possible to return Pre-Order and Customized orders.
EXCHANGE POLICY
If you want to exchange a product or are interested in a different size, color or model, you will need to create a return request for the product you have purchased. Do not forget to contact us and include the order number, name where the order was placed, e-mail address where the order was placed, and your request. We remind you to consider the processing process after receiving the returned products and ask you to create your new order, keeping in mind that other products are subject to stock availability. It is not possible to exchange Pre-Order and Customized orders.
